Born to Carmella Ireland, Ms. Hoover is survived by her three sons and daughter, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild due this December 2021. She had five sisters and 2 brothers. Ms. Hoover enjoyed playing cards, knitting, bingo, and baking delicious anisette cookies. She loved spending time with her family, especially with her many grandchildren.
